Ability Chemistry for Rookie Premiere Madden 19

It has confused me since the release of 91 Saquon Barkley on why Rookie Premiere's aren't getting the option to add on a Ability. (ex. Juke Specialist) Is there any word on when the option to add that to Rookie Premieres? Or will it not happen? Like last year you couldn't add a chemistry, like Pound the Rock, to Rookie Premiere cards.
