absent x-factors/abilities

Product: Madden NFL 21
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One

Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Solo Challenges
Summarize your bug in some games my x-factors/abilities are absent. right now im playing the ltd blitz solos. first four games all is fine. 5th game no x-factor, no abilities. same in the legend solos befor.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play your game.
What happens when the bug occurs? no abilities/x-factor on offense,defens, special team
What do you expect to see? not this

    What is your Franchise League Name? classic Franchise
    Summarize your bug I just revealed the X-factor potential of my Quarterback and its shown as x-factor in the Menu and even when i start a game, but during the game his x-factor ability is missing and he is just superstar. Afer a game in the menu he is x-factor again. Similar issues are with other rookie players. They already gad a dev trait and now it shows me again they are hidden with 0/500 snaps even if i play another game where they get several snaps

    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just look in the menu and during a game to the ability of ralph night
    What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing special he is just a superstar instead of x-facter during a gamr

    thx for the info that im not the only one. i do not know exactly how long and how often this is happened. i only really notice it when im using the kicker.

    and again today. first set of ten ltd blitz solos ok, 2nd set 1st game ok, 2nd game no abilities/no x-factor.

    When I go to activate a players ability, I can't deactivate any, or activate. When i click triangle to deactivate, it says can't activate because its full. Then after trying multiple times they all just show up as, nobody is activated and I have to restart the game for them even to appear... Activated.

    I’m also having the same problem. I only have two xfactors but it says I have three and won’t let me add another

    @BIackTidus It sucks, the only solution i found was to edit the Player by yourself. Change him to superstar, save it and afterwards back to x-factor, then he will has the ability also ingame. But sadly you cant choose his x-factor ability so it could ba a different one or you need to do that until you get the same one again

    taking some notes on that bug has shown me that this bug occurs every day when I'm playing at least some MUT Solo Challenges.

    Same problem in some challenges for no apparent reason my O-Line has all their abilities, but my receivers and qb have none.
