You guys taking a page from the NFLs book? I thought the clock was supposed to stop when u go out of bounds?

The clock will stop until the ball is set when you run out of bounds when it's not under 2 minutes in the 2nd or 4th Quarter.
The clock stops permanently until the ball is hiked when you go out of bounds under 2 minutes in the 2nd or 4th Quarter.
I thought the game clock was supposed to stop when we go out of bounds? 🧐🤨🤔
