Accidentally discarded my best player in MUT

Question

Unfortunately, I accidentally discarded a series redux Lamar Jackson I pulled. And I totally did not mean to do that. I am trying any way possible to get the card back, they can take back the training I got for it.

I have already tried a live chat with EA support but they say there is nothing the Madden team can do because it is not in the policy to fix discards...even tho FIFA has a system to fix these kinds of problems.

I have supported EA for 10 years and given them so much money over the years of playing Madden. I feel like the least they could do is help me out in this situation from and honest mistake. I am not a pay to win player, so this card pull meant a lot to me. And I am very dissapointed that they say there is nothing they can do. Please, from anyone that works on the team reading this, is there anything that can be done? Thanks

Hi, like I stated in my original post. I have already spoken with an EA game advisor and there was nothing they could do. So they directed me here for some help. Now, you are suggesting I go back to the start with another EA advisor. Is there anyone from the Madden MUT team I can contact?&nbsp;
