Account invalid

I was just playing my Madden ultimate team last night and now this morning it will not let me sign in. Keeps telling me that my account is invalid

Hi @platinumjc843. 

When you have a chance please try resetting the password for your EA Account. It should let you log back into Madden after the password has been reset. 

For more details on how you can reset your password check out the EA Help website. If you run into any trouble getting it reset please let me know.

I reset my password yesterday when I tried to get it to work

    @platinumjc843 

    It's still telling you that your account is invalid? Is it possible that you might have your Xbox account linked up with a different EA Account?

    I'm wondering if resetting the password didn't help because it was reset for a different EA Account rather than the one that's connected with your Xbox account.

      I have the same issue. Reset password and nothing. I too was playing the game fine then the next day it wouldn’t let me log in?!

        If you've reset the password and you're still getting this same error please reach out to the EA Help team so they pull up your account and take a look.
