Account invalid

I keep getting a notification that says disk account is invalid please visit ea.com for more information. What's going on?

i think we should all call the better business bureau because ea doesn’t seem to be helping any

of us. This is getting out of hand now. We spend a lot if $$ on these games and this happens that we can’t play them? Ridiculous 

Same thing for me, the only thing I have been able to do to fix it is to keep changing my password every single time  I try to play Madden 20 on EA Access.

I followed the link you sent to check the email address tied to my profile.   When I go into Setttings -> EA Account it immediately returns the Invalid Account error.  I already reset my password last week after I started having this issue - but I can do that again if you think it will help.

anyone else having issues with this?? Been the same thing for weeks now saying my account is invalid and haven't seen or heard nary a word from EA as per usual.
