I’ve never sold/farmed coins or anything listed in this. I don’t understand how or why I was banned. Played MUT almost every year and played the auction house every year the exact same way. Nothing that is illegal or against rules.

I have never bought any coins either....
Help says I have banned for buying coins..... I was just posting cards to the auction block then they banned me....
Now they say I have to dispute it and cant tell me when I will even get a ruling.... What the heck....
Same here. It’s ridiculous, in the middle of a Tug of War and some coin distribution error popped up. Tried hard reboot, cold reboot (whatever the hell that is), and re-installing game. Now it won’t even load up because “can’t find my content.” Customer service tries to be helpful and are courteous but THE GAME IS BROKEN!!!! WTF!
Yea these are all the same things that pop up for me. Finally I get to that screen about coin distribution and that I’ve been banned from the auction house and wiped coins, but I also can’t do anything else in the game besides offline franchise now. This is ridiculous considering I never did anything wrong.

Same here. Banned on Friday morning for “coin distribution.” I’ve never once bought or sold coins. And I wouldn’t even know how to use a bot. Submitted a case immediately after. And no communication from EA whatsoever. Absolutely terrible customer service. I spent $100 on this game and got wrongfully banned 2 weeks in. Terrible. Didn’t get to finish solo battles for last week, lost out on any chance to get any LTDs, and I’m 4 days without doing daily missions. It’s sad that EA could care less
