Everytime I win a player from the auction house it take a long time to get it in my collection I really need the player as soon as I win it

wonder if theres anyway to help with this issue. frustrating to save up a bunch of coin just to lose it all for nothing
Its a bug that they need to correct it definitely is annoying and having to wait over a hr to speak to someone doenst help much.
