After PS5 Upgrade, All In-Game Modes Have Loud Feedback/Distortion Audio

After upgrading the disc version of PS5, whenever a game is in progress, you hear nothing but major feedback through main speakers. The controller sound works fine and all menu/music works fine.

Do you have the PS5 audio settings set to speakers? 

In-game, under Settings and Volume Control do you have it set to Broadcast, Field, or Custom? Does it fix itself if you adjust it to a different setting so we can isolate what setting could be causing it?

    @EA_Blueberry 

    - PS5 audio settings are set to TV.

    - In game it's set to Broadcast mode normally while I play

    - I tried Field mode as well, which has the in game commentary turned down to zero. While there is no commentary to be heard on this setting, the Bills celebration song still sounds distorted while being played in a domed field instead of the Bills typical open air stadium.
