Summarize your bug Situation: user ends first half with the ball and the second half starts with the CPU having the ball. Issue: the CPU drive starts wherever the ball was to end the first half, not with a kickoff. For example, if you kneel to run out the clock at your own 10 yard line, the computer starts at your 10 for the second half. Happens everytime the situation is available.

Situation: user ends first half with the ball and the second half starts with the CPU having the ball.
Issue: the CPU drive starts wherever the ball was to end the first half, not with a kickoff. For example, if you kneel to run out the clock at your own 10 yard line, the computer starts at your 10 for the second half. Happens everytime the situation is available
This possession and starting field location bug also occurs if you end the first half on a field goal, touchdown or turnover. Assume that the AI got the ball first to start the game. If you score or have a turnover with no time left on the clock, halftime occurs and then the AI gets the ball to start the second half. If you scored, it does a kickoff with the AI receiving the ball (but it should be the AI kicking off to begin the second half). In the event of a turnover to end the half, the AI starts the 3rd quarter with the ball at the spot of the turnover.
This bug existed in Madden 20 and if still present in 21. It's a glaring fault and exceedingly simple to reproduce. If EA is not going to fix this issue, I'll not be buying any further editions of this game.
