All my players are rushing the line of scrimmage right when the ball is snapped

seems to be a problem for when i play on defense. every time all of my players, (including DBs) will rush the line of scrimmage and then react to the receivers. it’s getting really annoying. i don’t enjoy the game when it does that. what can i do to fix that? help asap
