Anybody solving Madden 16 code redemption problems?

Hi,

My PS3 deluxe edition promo code won't work - says invalid or expired code. I have checked and double checked that I am entering it correctly. Is anyone answering/solving this issue please? 3 days awaiting a response seems unreasonable when these codes are time sensitive. I am now going to e missing out on my second week of packs - they may be a 'bonus' offer but they have been paid for EA! I may as well have purchased the basic game.
