- If your Gamertag and/or PSN ID are linked to an account you don’t use, you can update that account to get back in the game.
- If you made a second account with your primary email address, you can move the email to the account with your games.
- If you’ve got multiple EA Accounts with games on them, one of our advisors may be able to help combine your accounts.
If you are incapable of doing that due to not remembering your credentials to your old accounts anymore, the only people capable of doing these changes are EA Advisors at the EA Support : https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

Just a note, it's currently Sunday so most of the regions have their support folks currently spending a day off. US live support is available for example from Monday through Saturday: 9:00 am- 11:00 pm (CST) , but a chat bot can still be reached if it is sufficient enough to deal with the problem.
