Auction house and trade block permanent ban. No explanation.

Spending money on the game doesn't give people a free pass to break the rules without puishment. As far as your particular issue goes, I don't have any other details on it. You'll just have to wait for ToS to respond.

But a permanent ban for a first time offense and honest mistake is an absolute joke.
