Community ManagerHey @persy0523 sound issues like that are generally system rather than game-related.
Can you check that your HDMI cable is plugged in correctly, there's no harm swapping it out to test.
What is your audio setup? Is it straight to TV or are you using speakers or Bluetooth sound?

Hi EA_Darko I have 149 other Xbox games where the sound is perfect. I only have trouble with Madden 22 in game play. As soon as the game is started the crackling sound starts. I am not the only person who has this issue. It is not the HDMI cord. I tried changing cords and the sound issue continues. When i lower the crowd volume and on field volume the sound gets a bit better but the sound issues are still there. I tried moving the Xbox HDMI audio settings from Stereo Uncompressed to 5.1 Uncompressed, 7.1 Uncompressed and Bitstream out and nothing helps.
using TV speakers also tried bluetooth speaker and having same crackling sound
Community ManagerHey @persy0523 I tested this on my copy of Madden on the X and not seeing any issue. Generally, issues such as this are system or setup related, if it was a game issue then everyone would have it.
I'd recommend testing your copy of the game on a different machine if possible and also reinstalling the game.

There are other people that have the same issue and EA cannot fix it and Xbox Support has no clue. I tried reinstalling the game, resetting my xbox clearing cache.
Again I am not the only one with this issue I have read other forums where people have the same issue with no fix.

Your answer is incorrect regarding this being a system related issue as I said I have 149 other games with zero sound issues.
I will try a different machine but I do not have extra Xbox Series X just laying around.
Did try reinstalling game twice.
It seems EA Sports has had this problem with other games as well.
