Community ManagerHey @persy0523 I tested this on my copy of Madden on the X and not seeing any issue. Generally, issues such as this are system or setup related, if it was a game issue then everyone would have it.
I'd recommend testing your copy of the game on a different machine if possible and also reinstalling the game.

There are other people that have the same issue and EA cannot fix it and Xbox Support has no clue. I tried reinstalling the game, resetting my xbox clearing cache.
Again I am not the only one with this issue I have read other forums where people have the same issue with no fix.
