Community ManagerHey @persy0523 I tested this on my copy of Madden on the X and not seeing any issue. Generally, issues such as this are system or setup related, if it was a game issue then everyone would have it.
I'd recommend testing your copy of the game on a different machine if possible and also reinstalling the game.

Hi EA_DArko I am happy your copy o the game is working for you.
Your answer is incorrect regarding this being a system related issue as I said I have 149 other games with zero sound issues.
I will try a different machine but I do not have extra Xbox Series X just laying around.
Did try reinstalling game twice.
It seems EA Sports has had this problem with other games as well.
