Audio/Video constantly stuttering on Xbox
For a few weeks now I have been having an issue on Madden 20 for the Xbox One. Every 15-30 seconds I will have a terrible stuttering from the audio, and sometimes the game will get choppy at the exact same time. I have contacted EA Support at least ten times and gone through every single troubleshooting step they have suggested or emailed to me. Nothing is working. I even factory reset my Xbox to find it still happening.
Also, whenever it gets choppy, my friends say at that exact same time I will also be cut off from party chat and they can't hear me for the brief few seconds. I thought it might be the disk but I signed into a friends account to use their digital copy and it still happened. This doesn't happen to any of my other disks or digital games. At this point I'm not sure what to try but the support chat told me to post on the forum in hopes this can get forwarded to the team and something done about it? I have found that it is happening to people on PC but haven't seen it happening to anyone on a console. I am not able to attach a video of an example of the sound I am getting but I will post a link below to an example of this happening to me, this is the sound i am getting all the time whether loading into the main menu on startup, navigating a menu, or playing the game. It is becoming unbearable.
