Auto Subs Broken

Product: Madden NFL 22
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
Which mode has this happened in? Franchise Mode
Which part of the mode? Offline
What is your Franchise League Name? Ravens
Summarize your bug Auto subs are broken on my offline franchise mode, half my team subs out after the first play on either side of the ball and never come back in.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Adjust auto subs and play a game
What happens when the bug occurs? On offense, after the first play of the game my starting WRs, starting RB, and starting TE are taken out of the game and never come back in, regardless of trying to put them back in with the depth chart or in game subs. The same thing happens on defense, after the first play of the game my starting DT, DEs, OLBs, ILBs, and safeties are taken out and never come back in.
What do you expect to see? The issue fixed. Other forums say this issue was resolved but clearly the bug still exists.

    @Bry1217 Hey there. This could be due to progressive fatigue. What week is this happening in the season and do you auto practice your players before you play the game?

    @EA_Blueberry after playing through the game where all my players were subbed out (and reading a little more into others having the same issue) I realized that was probably the issue. The first time it happened was probably week 6 or 7, I scaled back the practices, and all my players were in for the next couple games. It happened again probably week 10 or 11, and I again scaled the practice back for the next week, but the same thing happened again the next week despite showing very little fatigue in the practice screen.     @Bry1217 

    I've sent some feedback up to the team about how the functionality of it can cause some confusion. Even with players practicing throughout the season though, I find it weird myself they get pulled out throughout the game. Starters are going to bein there all year, I'd like it scaled back myself where it starts to fatigue you more in the 4th quarter or later part of the year.
