Bad game connection

This game is have many issues with playing the game I thought it was just madden 25 but it is both of them for 70.00dollars these issues shouldn’t be I’m hoping that we hear something back this issue I restart the system on many times and luck how do porcelain tech folks and  this * keep happening it because we keep buying them this we be my last buying any madden again
