The transfer of coins from one account to another is against the Terms of Use. If you want to dispute this action taken on your accounts, please contact our Terms of Service team via here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/
This is an unfortunate story to read and strongly advise contacting our Terms of Service team to inquire further on this. Only they have the ability to remove bans and suspensions on accounts.
