For real and all you can get is ask EA help to what the update is. I gave up talking to them and trying to get any info. They just say they cant open the ticket and look or it will count as resuming it and put you at the bottom of the queue again lol. You are exactly right they just want us to eventually give up and maybe they will give us our account back in a month when everything we had is useless. I mean Its been 4 whole weeks now as of tomorrow....... Not a single actual response from this company. And like i said if a Pro can get unbanned in hours it is possible for them to actually unban us but they dont give a * and just want our coins and cards off the market even though they are the ones that control it not me on the companion app with 16 million coins... But our only option is to stop buying their * products. Its sad that i only had fun playing the market and making coins and not the actual gameplay. I mean i still see people saying 5 games a weekend league is d/cs. They gave up on the game last MArch so im guessing it will be the same this year as it looks like christmas cards are almost endgame already. Just sad they cant even be real with us and A: tell us what we actually did and why they are sticking with the ban or B: unban us or acknowledge anything wrong even happend. But ya they will just keep "updating" our tickets until we all stop even checking
