@cmayaaa Have you heard back? I still have not heard anything. So now I missed a whole weekend league, didn't get to finish solo battles, missed a TOTY token, and missed the cheapest training of the year so far.

When did you open your case? I opened mine on Friday morning around 10:30 CST.Related, I keep getting emails to rate EA Help service. I have 4 now. Why would they send these while it is still being reviewed. Did you get these too? I am wondering if something weird is going on with my case
- 5 years ago@Riven02 I opened my case Friday afternoon and have gotten the same emails about giving feedback on customer service, every response is the same... nice person to speak with but the problem at hand is ridiculous and not resolved. It’d be nice if the TOS is clearly outlines when it comes to certain situations. It’s just a big mess hopefully the right thing is done, can only hope at this point.

No reply from mine either. Contact Microsoft for a refund, they seem to be offering it.
- 5 years ago@LFC_SamXBOX If they restore my account all is good and I’ll keep buying packs and playing the game I love, if not that’s probably the route I will go
