When did you open your case? I opened mine on Friday morning around 10:30 CST.
Related, I keep getting emails to rate EA Help service. I have 4 now. Why would they send these while it is still being reviewed. Did you get these too? I am wondering if something weird is going on with my case
- @Riven02 I opened my case Friday afternoon and have gotten the same emails about giving feedback on customer service, every response is the same... nice person to speak with but the problem at hand is ridiculous and not resolved. It’d be nice if the TOS is clearly outlines when it comes to certain situations. It’s just a big mess hopefully the right thing is done, can only hope at this point.
My case is still in progress 24 hours later. I didn't even trade/buy/sell coins. Just BS that I get banned for AH snipes.
