Banned twice in two hours for no reason

I was playing Madden h2h when suddenly it hit me. I didn't do anything wrong and I received an email that I was perma banned for cheating! Firstly I never cheat and secondly I don't know what they ar...

If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute any action against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

@EA_Barry Six emails. Six. No response. Absolutely no reason to ban me. Pre-ordered the game,spent some money and now I'm locked out of mut. I came here to write my awful experience and you send me back to where I started. I can't understand how you guys operate, but this is ridiculous. Two identical bans, you remove the first and you keep the second? It makes no sense, it was a false ban.
