Battle Score sync issue
Something is not working / syncing correctly. Please check! Because of this issue I cannot receive my weekly Gridiron Pack. I already send the issue yesterday via Twitter @EA_Krealo and @EAHelp but...
Did you try restarting your console to see if it would update for you? It's possible you completed the requirements and it was a UI display error. We haven't seen any trending reports like this on the forums, so I strongly advise rebooting your network to ensure we knock out any potential hiccups with the current connection you have with the EA servers as you go into this week's Solo Battles.

Yes, on sunday when I recognized the issue I restarted the console several times, also disconnected and reconnect from my network. Unfortunately no success.
Now we are in a new week with new solo battles.
How can I now get my pack from last week ???
Please give me a pack or compensation as you can see on the screenshots I made it. Thanks!!!

If you're requesting compensation please contact our Live-Support team if you want to discuss that, however that is not something they typically do so I can't guarantee anything. They'll be able to pull up your account and take a look into that request. We're not seeing any widespread reports from other players about this though, but we'll keep our eyes peeled.
