"Become an EA insider" freezes/ stops working

Hey guys, when I start Madden, it works completely normal until the "Become an EA Insider" screen appears. There I can't click on "Submit" (the field doesn't get highlighted and clicking on it lead...

    If ya'll have not figured this out, use the arrow keys on your keyboard to go up and down through the list of options. Press the spacebar when you have "Submit" highlighted. This worked for me at least.
