So this issue has been happening for close to 7 days now for me, should I just assume my problem does not matter?
Is this normal business practice to sell products to a customer broken and not provide a solution? I am becoming extremely frustrated with the support here at EA.

Thanks for following up.
Looking through the diagnostics in the DxDiag you attached it appears there are some errors happening with Windows update processes. If there are issues with Windows system files it's possible this could be related.
Have you tried running the Windows System File Checker to see if it's able to identify any issues? If not, I'd recommend giving that a shot to see if it helps. You can find more info on how to run it over at the Microsoft Support website.

Are you getting that same exact error no matter what action you're trying to take, or is it only when you're trying to download community rosters? Is it giving you a different error when you're trying to create a franchise or player?
