Thanks for following up.
Looking through the diagnostics in the DxDiag you attached it appears there are some errors happening with Windows update processes. If there are issues with Windows system files it's possible this could be related.
Have you tried running the Windows System File Checker to see if it's able to identify any issues? If not, I'd recommend giving that a shot to see if it helps. You can find more info on how to run it over at the Microsoft Support website.
Let me know if you keep running into the same error message after that. Thanks again.

Are you getting that same exact error no matter what action you're trying to take, or is it only when you're trying to download community rosters? Is it giving you a different error when you're trying to create a franchise or player?

I want to make this clear, the downloading rosters thing is NOT the biggest issue here.
- I cannot SAVE anything to local or cloud space
- Creating players or saving rosters does not save, it just refreshes. (show in video)...and yes I get this community downloads error all the time.
I am now losing track of how many days (over a week now) this issue has been here. I cannot play Madden 20 despite trying everything. I wish somebody at EA would look to see if my account cloud storage is corrupted or something. My PC runs all my other non-EA games perfectly fine.- 6 years ago

Still no fix to this solution or a real concern to the support staff here. Just baseless spaghetti throwing attempts at trying to solve my problem with specifically Madden 20.
No other game I have on my PC has issues.
I will continue to document this before reporting it to the appropriate personnel. Will never buy another EA product again.
