Big Madden 20 Storage error Issue PC

I have been at this for over 3 hours now, and after speaking to over 5 reps (2 hung up on me) I have not got a solution.

Before I get into my issue, I want to mention that I previously had Madden 20 (Deluxe) through Origin Access. Today I purchased the standard edition of the game and have run into absolute madness.

I also want to note that I have over 300 GB of free space on my drive. I am running Windows 10, all drivers are updated.

The problems

I am starting up the game I have to wait through the Pro Bowl screen every time I relaunch the game, annoying. I cannot create a franchise, download community files, create a player, or anything remotely like it.

When I try to download a community file, I get this error.

The issue seems to be the game is not saving anything I do in the game. When I goto the load option, it says there are no files.

What I have tried and failed to fix it

Flushing DNS
Clean restart
Uninstalling and reinstalling

I tried this method a phone rep promised would fix my issue, which I knew was a lie.

1. Please logout of Origin and close it completely.
2. Please hold down the Windows key and press R. (This will open the Run dialogue.)
3. Type %ProgramData% and press enter to open ProgramData folder.
4. Delete the origin folder from this ProgramData folder.

NOTHING has worked and I am growing beyond frustrated that I cannot get help after 3+ hours.

    Monday, July 13th, 2020.

    Still no fix to this solution or a real concern to the support staff here. Just baseless spaghetti throwing attempts at trying to solve my problem with specifically Madden 20.

    No other game I have on my PC has issues.

    I will continue to document this before reporting it to the appropriate personnel. Will never buy another EA product again.

    @YinzersStoleMyID 

    Thanks for hanging in there and it's upsetting to see how long you've been dealing with this. Do you have your save files going to the same drive? Checking that can be found under the Origin client's Application Settings. I'm thinking another drive is selected so it's hanging up in a loop.
