Bought the ultimate team edition and not getting my packs

UE users will get their pro-packs 7 days after redeeming the code.

I got the game the ultimate editon and i the not gotten any of my pack and i dont think its right that i payed all that money and not to get what i payed for plz hrlp me 

I havent gotten my packs either, and all I get from EA support is keep waiting.

Well let me tell you, not only is your support the worst I have seen out of any gaming company out there, the answer of just wait is totally unacceptable.  

By charging money for content, and then not delivering, EA is guilty of fraud, false advertising, and probably a host of other things.  Not fixing this immediately is inexcusable.  

This will be the last EA title I ever buy, PERIOD, and I am going to launch a campaign on social media, to make sure everyone knows what a bunch of charletains you are.
