Bought Used PS4. Madden18 EA account as old owners on my account

I bought a used PS4. old owner had madden18 and signed in with his ea account. every time i try to sign in it uses his email, and i can’t change it to mine. is there anyway i can reset it and play on ...

To disassociate the console from the previous owners account you need to deactivate it as the primary console for that old users account and then activate the console as the primary console for your account.

See the following link for steps to deactivate the old account and then activate yours:

I deactivated my PS4 but I still can not log into my EA account it only gives me the options to sign into the previous owners account. I went to settings and deactivated the ps4 like the instructions said but still can't sign in 🤷‍♂️
