Community ManagerIt looks like you are in your placement matches. Are you able to continue playing them so you can be placed in the right division?
Whenever I play mut draft against ai, I pay 9,000 coins and I draft a good team and when I’m in the middle of the game, it sends a message and I have to restart an I slowly lose my coins until I can play draft anymore. My WiFi is fine because I can play any game that requires WiFi and I play fine. I win games and then gives me that notification and now I can’t play because I lost all my coins. I don’t think that I have an ea account and I’m able to do any other game mode. I am a Xbox user and this happens like 6 times. Respond soon please.

You have an EA account because it is required to play our games. You likely created one for your Gamertag a while back so you don't need to do the account creation process again for every EA game you login to. You can actually see what email address is registered to your EA account by going inside of Madden to settings to see your account info.
It sounds like you're getting disconnected from the servers due to a connectivity error. These steps below help a lot of players avoid that, let us know if they do the trick for you. Sorry to hear what's happening though, I know coins are not always easy to come across so we'll want to make sure we cut out those losses going forward for you.
Reboot the power to the modem/router
- Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.
How to power cycle your Xbox console:
- Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
- Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
- Plug the console power cable back in.
- Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
Clear Mac Address
- Clear the MAC Address: From the Xbox dashboard select Settings>All Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC address>Clear, then restart your Xbox.
Not without paying another 9,000 coins. My main issue is that the top prize at 6 wins is what I’m going for and it’s hard enough as is without having to restart after winning 3 straight! I just wanted to inform y’all of what happened and ask for a possible refund on the 9k I had to pay to continue playing. It did not affect my placement rank fortunately!
