Bug report - Madden 16 encroachment

Frequently (at least every other game, but often multiple times in the same game) on PS4 I have an issue where on defense, when players are lining up they will automatically cross over into the offensive side of the ball causing my team an encroachment penalty.  As often as it happens and as blatant a bug as this is, I'm surprised this wasn't caught sooner in testing.  Please correct this very bad bug asap.  And no this is not a controller problem on my end, these are cpu-controlled players (not players I'm controlling) crossing far over to the other side of the ball on their own when lining up right after calling a play from the playbook.  They run over to the opposing qb (on their own), then start to go back to their starting position.  But usually by then an encroachment penalty is called.
