(BUG)::Draft pick values change in value during the season

This happens almost every seaon I have played (10+).

Scenario: Durning the season I trade a player for a draft pick (1st round).   As an example  I trade a WR at the end of contract for a 1st round Pick 3 (Future Season ... doesn't matter happens in both).  The trade is accepted.  You eventually enter the draft for the season of the pick which should have been ( Round 1, Pick 3), then behold is is now ( Round 1, Pick 11).  This is ridiculous.  I traded a very good player for that pick.  This  IS a BUG!  I am really getting sick of this.  It is really hard to try to play the game failrly when the game can't keep it's own accounting in check..  I have actually witness the change right after competing a game.  I have to check almost every time I make any kindof player change like, training, game,  progress players . All of sudden, the draft picks change  for no reason.  Is there an actual site do document this bug or a number to call.  I payed good money and am tired of this all the work I have to put in keep track of this.
