Can’t access old email
I can’t access the old email with my EA account. I can log into EA but can’t change the email because it wants to send a code to the email I can’t access. Tried to verify my account with support but they say something wasn’t right and were completely unhelpful. If I create a new EA account what will I lose? Will I lose access to downloaded games like FIFA on my PS4? Or do you only lose access to game stats, history etc?

If you're still locked out of your account please contact our Support team below for account recovery. You can create a new EA account for a new PSN ID, however if you have any purchases or digital games associated with a new PSN ID you won't be able to access them.
