Can’t get into MUT...

This is ridiculous I am getting a error message every time I go into ultimate team saying I got banned I believe this is due all the purchases I made doing the night trane lane set and I don’t know h...

    To each what the forum user said above, I'm afraid it's not something we can personally investigate from the forum staff side but our Terms of Service team will be able to verify whether the action placed on your account was justified or a mistake. You should have received an email to your account regarding any actions that was taken upon it. If you can't find an email and play with other Gamertags/PSN IDs on the same console, please check the email addresses registered to those EA accounts.

A lot of us are going through the same BS after completing the NTL set. Contact EA and choose Account Management->Account Banned/Suspended and report it so they can refer your case to ToS. You should still be able to get into the companion app (I've been sniping Giants Team Builders all day on mine). There two commonalities with these occurrences that we are noticing: 1) It's a console ban and 2) We've all done the NTL set recently. Please tweet EAHelp, Kraelo and any YouTuber you may follow with influence in the Madden community about your situation. Also, if you could retweet anybody you see reaching out about the same situation, including @earenner7 and @Brandon35253156. EA is aware of the situation and I can understand why they have not addressed it publicly but we can do our part to make it better known among the community and get it resolved.

    @EA_Blueberry Thank you for your insight on this topic. Unfortunately, all of the people I've talked to, including myself, have not received any sort of notification of restrictions placed on our accounts. The email associated with the second account on my console has not received any communication from EA either (I have searched the junk and inbox on both emails for "noreply @ ea.com" and no results were found).  I understand the limits to what your department can do in these matters, but it is very disappointing to be told that there are no restrictions on any account associated with my console by EAHelp and to still be denied access to online features as if there were.  I do not understand this.  People who were banned just two weeks ago were given explicit communication on the nature of their sanctions and the reasons for them.  However, everyone who was denied access beginning 2/19/20 (last week) is being told that their accounts are still in good standing (primary AND secondary accounts).  Can you please offer any insight as to why this might be the case?  All we want is information on what, if anything, we did to violate the TOS agreement so we can commit to not making these same mistakes in future endeavors with EA (if there are any; this has put a really bad taste in my mouth and I have lost a lot of faith in how this company operates).
