Community Manager@youngfeezybaby This is quite an anomaly compared to what I've been able to fix in the past. You might need to re-sync with the servers. Can you try restarting Origin and attempt to play a different Solo Challenge?
I did that and it still wouldn't let me. I can do other UL sets just not release 1.

Another option I didn't think of yet that I've seen work is removing all the Legends from your roster (even if they're in a backup position) All ordinary legends in addition to the ULs? I will try it.
Here is the screen shot of release 1. Also, I tried removing all legends and it still didn't work.
I will uninstall and reinstall and see if that helps.

It appears you have an outdated client version. It states on the challenge description those expired back in February.
Try clearing your cache too.https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
I reinstalled and cleared the cache and the challenge still shows up with the expired challenge date and won't let me play them.
