Were you receiving this same error? The PlayStation network experienced an outage yesterday which is likely why this message could have came up for OP and for yourself if you are on PS4 too.

If you never played an EA game before on a PSN ID, the moment you load up an EA game it will prompt you for account creation. If you don't get that prompt on a new game you purchased it means you must have synced up your PSN ID to an EA account a while back and need to locate the email address.

This is how you can do it in game: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/find-your-ea-account-email-address-using-your-game/

If you visit our Help site Help.EA.com there is an option to sign in using your PlayStation credentials. If you opt for that and login, go to "Account" at the top and then "Change Email Address" so it will display the email address you have your PSN ID linked to.

When I go to Ultimate Team, and click to play ANY challenge it spits me out to “ Error Our servers cannot process your request at this time”
This started at 11pm yesterday the 22nd. Is this what is happening with you also ?

    Hey, @gunslingerwon @deejgo16

Do these steps help get you back into Ultimate Team games without any connection errors?

Try rebooting your network and power cycle the console.

Reboot the power to the modem/router

    1. Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.

    PS4:

    Power Cycle

    1. Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
    2. Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.

    Xbox One:

    Power Cycle the Console

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    1. Plug the console power cable back in.
    2. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

    Clear Mac Address

    1. Clear the MAC Address: From the Xbox dashboard select Settings>All Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC address>Clear, then restart your Xbox.

Really? You give us power cycle instructions to every device we own? That's a pathetic reply, even for a bot. Focus on the issue at hand, and how about providing us the exact location to enter our login information?   For example: In Franchise Mode, where do I go to login to EA?
