Can’t play games because of old email I can’t log into to authenticate

So I cannot access my old EA account, I don’t have the old email anymore and the number was my brothers OLD number he doesn’t have anymore. I had to make this post with a new email but now I’ve lost everything. My old account has an old email log in and I have the password correct too the issue is the verification asks me to sign in to an email I no longer possess access to. I have spend a lot of money on the sims and I really need help as it’s been something I play for years. I tried to test things like my password however it says I don’t have enough information to validate a reset so I’m locked out of my own account because of two factor authentication that I cannot even complete. Please please help I’d be upset to lose everything is anyone knows anything please tell me
