Can’t play madden 21 online

I just bought the early access for madden and it says I can’t play because I’m not logged into an ea account, it won’t let me sign into an ea account.

    Hi @wiggumjack, 

    When you've got the chance can you try resetting the password on your EA Account to see if that helps at all? I've seen some cases where setting a new password on the account can help with issues like this. 

    For more details on how to reset it check out the EA Help website. If you're still getting the same message after that I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look at your account. You can find more info on how to set up a case with them over at the EA Help site. If you prefer you can also speak with them via Twitter or Facebook as well.

The game is horrible I can’t even sign into Ea or else it puts me to this dim light forever I can’t believe I spent 30 dollars on this please help me

      I play on ps4 do you have any suggestions I should try?

        @notluis1581 my first guess: did you already try to do a power cycle? I've read that power cycling your device might solve issues regarding the connection to EA servers.

        how to do it (taken from a post by EA_Aljo): >>> unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. <<<
