Can’t purchase Madden 21

Trying to purchase Madden 21 superstar edition as it’s on offer but can’t due to ‘Madden 21 NFL Tracker’ conflict. Has anyone seen this?  P.s. I have the 10 hour trial

    Hmm, that's pretty strange. When you have the chance I'd recommend getting in touch with the PlayStation Support team so they can take a look at your PSN account. It seems like there's something on your account that's conflicting with the license for Madden NFL 21. Unfortunately we don't have visibility into the PSN account system, so we don't have a way of seeing what might be happening exactly. 

    For more information on how to set up a case with them check out the PlayStation Support website.
