Can’t claim coins from sold auction

Product: Madden NFL 21
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Which console generation do you have? PlayStation 4
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? Xx_Marine843_xX
Date/time issue occurred 31 oct / 9pm
What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? MUT Squads
Summarize your bug I sold a player on the auction house but when I go to claim the coins it says the server is unavailable at this time in exits me out of ultimate team.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Maybe post a auction.
What happens when the bug occurs? It disconnects me from ultimate team
What do you expect to see? Just to be able to claim my coins

    Hi there, @navyseal72_8oeb.

    I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

    Was your issue ever resolved? I had the same issue and also posted it. I also posted a YouTube video that same issue but my issue was never resolved. Lost 60k-70k and my player. I fell off the game after that because EA pretty much said they can't do anything. Please lmk if the issue was resolved. Thanks!

    I see you spoke with an advisor a couple of months ago. However, it doesn't look like an investigation was performed to find out what happened to those coins. Please try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. You can also go to facebook.com/eahelphub to get in touch with support. Ask the advisor to investigate your missing coins instead of going through troubleshooting. Thanks!

    Try those power cycling steps I mentioned above, but power off your PC instead of your console. Let me know what happens. Thank you!

    I’m on Madden 22 and it will error me out of ultimate team and say “ our servers can not process your request at this time “

    This exact same thing has been happening to me for a couple of days now and then it backs me out to the main menu!!!!
