Can’t connect to server MUT PS4

This has been happening too me since thesecond to last update. Whenever I try to go to mut it says servers can't process request try again. I can play online exhibition matches and all othergames no problem. It's only happening withmut. I basically only play mut and that's why I dished out sixty bucks for it to play mut and I can't. Com on fix this please.

Were you able to reconnect to the server? It's possible at the time the servers were down for brief maintenance or an outage with Sony.

If you're getting this error, quickly try these steps below to see if that can help get you back online.

Try rebooting your network and power cycle the console.

Reboot the power to the modem/router

1. Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.

PS4:

Power Cycle

1. Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
2. Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.

Im having same problem i cant join cfm frachise im getting error message is there a way around it?

I have not been able to play MUT for 2 weeks now. My internet works on every other game. I’ve restarted my ps4, deleted the game & re-downloaded, factory reset my ps4, changed my DNS and nothing has worked. I spent $70 on this game & bought several players for MUT. For a game that costs $70, if I knew it would have this problem I wouldn’t have wasted any money on it. @EA help

I have the same issue. Disappointing to say the very least.  EA please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Can NOT even play a game.  Everything else works.....its not on my end.   Missing daily and weekly milestines etc because I cant play.  Have reset, dns, etc. Nothing works.....

I'm getting sick of these canned responses from you guys where you keep telling us to "reboot this" or "power cycle that". This is BS. Fix your * EA. You made a faulty game. 

Ok, I am at witts end with Madden 20. I was able to play Madden Saturday, when at my Father's house I downloaded the Madden Companion App. Unfortunately I couldn't remember my EA Password so I reset it to another password. Used the Companion App most of the night to buy and sell cards via the auction. When I signed back on my PlayStation 4 I received the messages informing me off all my activities, I sat there mashing the O button to power through all the notifications like a pro. However, when I went to play a solo battle I receive the "Our Servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later." Message, Though okay that's weird, lets play some challenges. Yeah, that'd be a no. Same "Our Servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later." Message.I thought it was because I left my playstation signed into the game when I left. Closed the Madden App, restarted the game and nope, same thing. Okay power cycle the playstation, that'd still be a nope. 

Thus Far I have done the following:

Power Cycled the Playstation

Power Cycled the Network

Signed into EA, "untrusted" my Playstation

Deleted Madden 20 and reinstalled (twice)

I have another Playstation on the same network playing Madden 20 Ultimate Team. So this isn't a connection issue. I was able to purchase a card pack from the store and the coin is missing on the companion app as I am still able to buy and sell on the app, hadn't checked via the PlayStation.

I would really love to play the game I paid for!

This did not work looks like tons of people including me are having this issue
