Can’t login to Madden 20 because of my public ID

Question

I’m trying to login to my EA account on Madden 20 and it asks me to login with my Public ID and password. I’ve read that my Public ID is just my Origin ID, but the Public ID it’s asking me to login&nbsp;to isn’t my Origin account username. When I click “forgot password” it either does literally nothing or says “invalid email or ID” but it won’t let me change the invalid ID that it provided to my working one. What do I do?

Try&nbsp;resetting your EA Account password. This will help in most cases.

If that doesn’t work, wait 90 minutes and try again. You may have tried to reset your password too many times and too fast.&nbsp;
