Every time I go to play online head-to-head matches I’m unable to play ranked matches. I even tried going to settings and when it opens up I’m unable to switch it from unranked to ranked. It just stays stuck on unranked. Not sure what I’m supposed to do someone please help!! I have pictures below for reference.

@Coach559 That's correct, they are all ranked. If you adjust the filters you can see where you're ranked but you'll need to play X amount of games to show up on there. Players already on the leaderboard have played a ton of games so you need to keep at it and you'll eventually see your placement. 🙂

That is not a bug. Select Quick Match for ranked. When you create a custom match it will always be unranked because leaderboards must consist with everyone playing under the same conditions.

So are quick matches all ranked? as I have played and beaten many ranked opponents yet I’m still not ranked?

This is wrong and known error. I have 5k+ ranking points and still not ranked and everybpersonni get matched up with has losing record and not ranked

Do you adjust the filters to show weekly/monthly? You have to play a ton of games to get to the top 100 leaderboard.

Yes I also have the same problem. We are not trying to be on the top 100 just to be ranked at all.
There are people who have worse records than me and are ranked. I am not ranked at all. It doesn't have a number next to my name.

If the number is not showing up next to your name, that is something the team is investigating. We have a main post on it here.

Lol this kid has a ranking I have 27 more wins than him and beat him w Houston when he was green Bay. Gimme my rankings
