Can’t Upgrade Level Master Andre Johnson at Tier 21

Date/time issue occurred Everytime. Everytime that I have tried (~8 times) since I received the Collectible (on March 6th)

Summarize your bug Can’t Upgrade Level Master Andre Johnson: token that I received was “Art VI” (Art Upgrade). That token is used in the Upgrade Path
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Currently at Level 86. I have already completed the Level Challenges that opened up at Level 85. The token that I received was “Art VI” (Art Upgrade). When I open up the Andre Johnson card and move to Upgrades, at Tier 21 it says “Add an OVR Increase Collectible to upgrade ratings.” I clicked on it. The error message that I received was “PLAYER ITEM REQUIRED” and it had Circle to Close. It didn’t recognize the “Art VI” Collectible that I just earned. My Upgrade path follows as below: Tier Collectible 18 Art V Level Master 19 OVR Increase 20 OVR Increase 21 OVR Increase 22 Art VII Level Master I regressed (by ‘Refund’) back to Tier 17 and started adding Collectibles back in. At NO POINT was “Art VI” Collectible EVER available to be added. Was Tier 20 supposed to use “Art VI” Collectible ? Will this “Art VI” Collectible go into Tier 22 and if so why did I receive them out of order? {NOTE: When I played the Challenges, I just kept clicking on ‘Play Next Challenge’ until I completed them. Why would this make a difference?} Please correct this Bug. As you see I am trying to upgrade the Level Master. Thanks.
