Can I manage/view my Connected Franchise online?

Is there a web page that I can go to where I can manage/view my Connected Franchise?  I was able to do this with Madden 16 and used it often to advance the week when other players in my league were finished with their game, and I wasn't able to get on my console at home. I haven't seen it in several years but with this year madden being a big year for Connected Franchise improvements I was assuming this functionality would have been brought back.
Just seems like things like scouting, contract extensions, depth chart, drafting etc should be able to be done via the web. I can't always find the time to get on my console to do these things but if I could knock those tasks out when I have a few free minutes in my day it would greatly improve the Connected franchise experience.
