Can not download current Madden 15 Roster on PS4 for Online Gameplay

Good Morning EA Sports,

 I can't download the current Madden 15 Roster. Everytime that I try to download it, it automatically checks my current roster and ask me to download the newest roster again. This is for online gameplay and this happend on Jan 24th 2015. I have  restarted my router,modem and initialized my PS4. I have even went out and bout another PS4 and Madden 15 game it still is not downloading the new roster for online gameplay. My PSN is smooth intention. Can someone help me please?
