Can not download from community downloads via xbox 360

When I downloaded madden from xbox live for xbox360, I was able to download updated roster and some content from community downloads but for some reason recently I am no longer able to download anything from community downloads and when I play a game in cfm player mode, the whole game freezes during loading to game. This is a problem u ea folks need to address before ASAP plz. Madden 16 is a hot game and a response or fix for this would be greatly appreciated.
